Inaugural Ceremony

Elevate Blue is excited to announce the winner of their inaugural scholarship drawing, Gurnee Police Department.

On November 28th, 2023, Elevate Blue, in coordination with Huuso Bio, delivered their 1st scholarship to the Gurnee, IL Police Department. In attendance for the event was Gurnee Chief of Police Brian Smith, the Director of Northwestern’s Center for Public Safety, Shelly Camden, and Chief Steven Casstevens (Ret.) along with Tim, Kevin, and Bryan Reifsteck from Elevate Blue.

Inaugural Finalist Drawing

The Elevate Blue Scholarship Program, which was launched earlier this year, held their inaugural law enforcement drawing in which departments register for a chance to be one of the five finalists for the scholarship. The scholarship is awarded to the department who generated the most votes from their residents, friends & family, or anyone wanting to show their support.
